Why Recruitment Industry is Booming in this slow economy

Recruitment Industry and Indian Economy

One of the key factors that helped make modi an overwhelming majority in 2014 was its promise to create 10 million new jobs in one election.Five years later, his failure on this front could possibly prove his fate.In fact, the country needs to create 8.1 million jobs per year to maintain its current employment rate, as per World Bank report.

According to the annual enterprise survey (pes) issued by the Ministry of Public Enterprises, the number of casual and contract workers during the reign has risen to 3.8 lakh. When they failed to implement the most popular pledge they made in 2014, the government is making every effort to not inform the citizens of that country. In fact, reports from the Center for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE) indicate that more than one million jobs will be lost by 2018.

But Modi government is not the only reason for unemployment technology is changing every day.Artificial intelligence is spreading across industries and taking up jobs which were initially done by humans.Indian employees really don’t believe in upgrading their knowledge and skills and companies are looking forward for skilled and upgraded employees.

To provide quality candidates to the organisations India’s leading recruitment firms have also started to provide training programs and courses and these programs are designed depending upon the client’s requirement although it a long term goal and cannot be achieved within 1 or 2 years

Business groups have realized the real infrastructure is their employees and they are taking all the necessary steps possible to strengthen their infrastructure including slaking down unproductive and unnecessary resources
